Working With Trusted Travel Partners
We collaborate with top-rated travel suppliers, including airlines, cruise lines, resorts, and tour companies, to create unforgettable group trips and accessible travel experiences. These suppliers provide the actual travel services, and their terms—such as payment schedules, cancellation policies, and refund guidelines—apply to every booking. We’ll review everything with you in simple, easy-to-understand language so you always know what to expect.
Accurate & Updated Travel Information
Travel details can change quickly. Pricing, availability, and itinerary options are determined by the supplier and may shift based on demand or destination rules. When updates happen, our team will contact you right away so your group travel plans stay on track.
Travel Documents & Requirements
Every traveler is responsible for having the correct passports, IDs, visas, and any required health documentation. As your group travel agency, we’ll guide you toward the right resources and help you understand what you need before departure. Ensure documents are valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates
Accessibility Requests & Special Accommodations
Creating accessible travel for all abilities is part of who we are. We’ll communicate your mobility, physical, or sensory needs directly with the supplier to request accessible rooms, transportation, or activities. Because availability varies by location, all accommodations must be confirmed by the travel provider. We’ll support you through each step to make sure your needs are clearly understood.
Payments, Cancellations & Travel Policies
Since each supplier has its own rules, we’ll provide you with all payment deadlines, cancellation terms, and refund details in writing. Our goal is to help you make informed decisions so your group travel experience stays worry-free.
Travel Insurance Protection
To safeguard your investment, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. It can protect your trip from unexpected events such as illness, weather delays, or emergencies—giving you peace of mind before you travel. We can add this on to your package or direct you to outside sources to cover your needs
Liability limitations
Each airline has it’s own rules and provides guidance for lost luggage flight delays and cancellations - we will make you aware of any changes as soon as we become notified of them; Refund policies and cancellation policies and dates will be provided per vendor
Payment Security
Payments & deposits are not made directly to us at Beyond Boundaries, but to the vendor your trip is booked through
Data privacy
We will not share or sell your personal information provided to us
Price Guarantees
Vacation and package prices are not guaranteed until deposit is made and dates confirmed
Medical Fitness to Fly
Some conditions require medical clearance - please make us aware of any medical or physical needs as airlines can refuse boarding
Baggage Fees
Information will be provided to you based on which vendor (airline, cruise line, train, etc) you will be traveling on
Service Fees or Charges
We do not normally charge any fee for our service - on complicated travel and destination event planning an upfront research/planning fee may be charged and will be refunded when your booking is completed - you would forfeit that research/planning fee if you cancel or decide not to move forward with your plans with us

The host agency we work with provides errors or omissions insurance

We arrange and organize your trip, but the services provided—such as flights, cruises, accommodations, and tours—are fulfilled by the individual travel suppliers. We are here as your trusted partner, advocate, and guide from start to finish.
