  • What types of group travel do you plan?
    Family trips, celebrations, weddings, corporate groups, faith-based travel, friend getaways, and so much more - If you can dream it, we can plan it!

  • Can you help us choose a destination?
    Yes! We’ll help you find the best destination based on your group’s interests, budget, and accessibility needs

  • How early should we plan?
    Ideally 9–12 months in advance for the best rates and room availability

  • Can you plan group activities?
    Absolutely—tours, dinners, excursions, and accessible activities your whole group can enjoy. We can work around what you want to experience, see, explore, and do!

  • Do you handle flights and transportation?
    Yes—including accessible transportation when needed

  • Do you offer travel insurance?
    We can add-in insurance or provide you with companies that we work with. We highly recommend having travel insurance to protect your investment and any medical or emergency needs that may occur on your trip

  • Do you only plan accessible trips?
    No, we plan all group travel as well as individual to family centered travel—but accessibility is one of our key specialties

  • Can you help with special needs or mobility accommodations?
    Yes! We arrange accessible rooms, transportation, and excursions to support every traveler

    Our expertise in accessibility and genuine care ensures every traveler feels included and supported. Both Judy’s are accessible travel trained as well as being Occupational Therapists that have professional & clinical experience with all age groups and disability-abilities and needs


💰 Payments & Pricing

  • How many people make a group?
    Usually 10 or more, depending on the vendor - we can discuss if you would be eligible for group rates and perks for the trip you want

  • Do groups get discounts?
    Often, yes—plus perks like upgraded rooms or private check-ins

  • Can travelers pay individually?
    Yes, most partners allow separate payments

  • Do you charge planning fees?
    Most of our services are commission-based and covered by the resort, vendor, tour group, and so on. Any additional research or planning fees will be shared upfront for your approval and are based on the complexity of the trip you are looking to plan - most all of these fees are refundable when trip is booked and deposit made.

    Just fill out our Group Travel Inquiry Form, schedule a free consultation, or send a message. We’ll be happy to guide you from there, making sure we understand what your expectations are, what your travel needs may be, and discuss your budget that we have to work around.
